After reviewing Allstream’s subscriber metrics it was discovered that a large amount of these readers were viewing these emails on a mobile device. Inbox Marketer updated the design of the message to work across desktop and mobile phones to help increase reading engagement and click-through. This template design allowed Allstream to update the content every month without adjusting too much of the code design – saving time and money in the process while creating a better experience for their subscribers to access great content.
