Geoff Linton is a founder of Inbox Marketer Corporation and a data driven marketing expert with more than 25 years of applied experience in both client and agency roles.
He has worked in many industry sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, technology, manufacturing, and professional service businesses. For the past 13 years at Inbox Marketer, Geoff has guided clients in digital messaging strategy and analytics. Geoff was previously an Associate Director for Air Miles (LoyaltyOne) and he was a Marketing Professor at Conestoga College of Applied Arts & Technology.
Geoff is also actively involved in the marketing industry as a speaker, author and association member. Over the last decade Geoff has been actively involved in numerous industry associations and he loves a challenge.
Geoff holds both a P.Eng and MBA from Queen’s University in Canada.
Kim is a digital marketing professional with over 12 years of experience and has been with Inbox Marketer since its inception in 2002. She is a senior client partner, leading Inbox Marketer’s account services team, and is responsible for providing expert advice on digital marketing strategies, email best practices, and new trends across various industries, including financial, retail, loyalty, and telecommunications.
Kim has been a regular speaker for the Canadian Marketing Association for over 5 years and consistently ranks the highest in delivering relevant and engaging seminar content. She provides both in-person and online seminars on topics including Advanced Email Marketing and Best Practices, Campaign Management, New Trends in Email, CASL, and most recently, How to Connect and Engage with Consumers in a Hyper-Connected World. Kim holds a Marketing and Sales diploma from Conestoga College.
Mark Smith brings 15 years of applied marketing experience to Inbox Marketer. Mark’s versatile career started in the retail sector, where he mastered brand and consumer marketing strategies for top tier enterprise companies. Mark has been with Inbox Marketer since May 2014, and actively participates at industry conferences and seminars. His knowledge of digital marketing enables him to provide thought leadership and data driven strategy direction to clients, prospects, and peers. He is responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing initiatives and processes for Inbox Marketer. He guides a team of sales professionals to develop lead nurturing strategies with the end goal of driving conversion and revenue growth.
Mark’s marketing mandate is to develop the Inbox Marketer brand for all products and services, activating both inbound and outbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation. Mark holds a Marketing and Sales diploma from Conestoga College.
As Director of Technology, Philip brings 15 years of Information Technology experience and 10 years of management experience to Inbox Marketer. Philip oversees Inbox Marketer’s Technology products, services, leading the teams that develop, manage, and deploy all technology solutions for clients. Philip has also been key to Inbox Marketer’s success gaining our SSAE16 SOC2 audit report that covers Inbox Marketer's data practices, infrastructure, software, personnel, and procedures, and demonstrates Inbox Marketer's commitment to excellence in all aspects of its business. In previous positions he has been involved with several SAP R/3 and CRM implementations, and been responsible for designing and executing multinational wide area corporate networks globally.
Peter has been with Inbox Marketer since the beginning and has over 20 years of professional software, Internet and database development experience. Peter leads the team that architects and builds many of the innovative solutions and systems that Inbox Marketer offers.
In previous positions he has specialized in e-procurement services and building complete online systems. Peter is a graduate of Conestoga College with a diploma in Electronic Engineering — Computer Systems.
Kelly brings more than 15 years of management and business expertise to Inbox Marketer. She is responsible for overseeing all corporate administrative activities, including accounting, government compliance and human resources. Kelly joined Inbox Marketer in 2007, quickly becoming skilled in all aspects of first-, second- and third-generation email marketing. Between 2007 and 2011, she held the position of senior account manager at Inbox Marketer and was responsible for managing large-scale email programs for Petro-Canada, Bootlegger, Cleo and Ricki's. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Laws degree from York University. She fine-tuned her skills in the Business Administration program at Conestoga College.
Matt is a digital messaging industry veteran and Certified International Privacy Professional with more than 10 years of experience in email marketing. Through his years of practical experience in both privacy and network operations, he is an astute problem solver with both strategic and technical experience. At Inbox Marketer, Matt is responsible for the privacy and deliverability team, working to ensure our clients achieve industry leading deliverability. He also ensures that clients are compliant with all regulations including CAN-SPAM, PIPEDA and Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Matt shares his thoughts on industry trends via an email newsletter and his social marketing blog EmailKarma.net which was recognized in 2010 as one of Canada’s top 40 marketing blogs.
