Randall Litchfield – President
Mr. Litchfield co-founded Inbox Marketer Inc. in 2001 and is a publishing professional with 30 years experience in print, Web-based and email publishing. His career from 1974 to 1994 was that of a business editor employed by the country’s largest print publisher, Rogers Publishing Inc., directing well-known titles such as Canadian Business Magazine and Profit. He founded, Demand Systems in 1994, an Internet publishing company he built over the course of six years and sold to a large US e-commerce company, VerticalNet, in 2000. Mr. Litchfield holds a Masters degree in International Relations from the University of Windsor and is a graduate of the Queens University Executive Program.

Geoff Linton - Vice-President
Mr. Linton is a co-founder of Inbox Marketer Inc. and a direct marketing expert with more than 15 years of applied experience in both client and agency roles. His experience spans many industrial sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, technology, manufacturing and entrepreneurial businesses. Previously Geoff was Associate Director for the Air Miles program where he spearheaded major launches and was actively involved in targeted marketing initiatives and customer/campaign measurement. Mr. Linton holds both a P.Eng and MBA from Queens University in Canada.

Kim McDonald - Sales Manager
Ms. McDonald joined Inbox Marketer in 2001 and quickly became the company's top customer sales and support representative. Skilled in all aspects of first, second and third generation email marketing and publishing, Kim has been the Senior Account Executive for many Inbox clients such as BellSouth, AAA and SIRIUS. Ms McDonald is a graduate of Conestoga College with a Diploma in Marketing & Sales.

Tess Harizanos - Customer Support
Ms. Harizanos joined Inbox Marketer in 2003, bringing 10 years of professional experience in customer support and administration. Her previous positions included Office Manager at Government BidSource Inc., database administrator at Demand Systems Inc., and Customer Support representative at Maple Software Inc.

Peter Sieunarine - IT Manager
Mr. Sieunarine joined Inbox Marketer in 2001, bringing 12 years of professional software, Internet and database development experience. Peter develops all Inbox client e-newsletters, websites and manages the Inbox Publisher service. In previous positions he has specialized in e-procurement services and building complete online systems. Mr. Sieunarine is a graduate of Conestoga College with a diploma in Electronic Engineering – Computer Systems

Sarah Haggerty - Account Executive
Ms. Haggerty originally joined Inbox Marketer in 2004 as a Co-op student, and her unique combination of skill and enthusiasm soon made the position permanent. Sarah is skilled in a variety of online applications including email marketing, contest development and lead generation. She graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2002 with a Degree in Economics and then finetuned her skills at the Business Administration Marketing Co-op program at Conestoga College.

Jane Litchfield - Writer/Editor
Ms. Litchfield is a business writer and editor with more than 20 years of experience. Her writing has appeared in leading publications such as Chatelaine, Canadian Business and Today's Parent. In addition, she has held senior editorial positions at leading publications such as The Financial Post, London Free Press and CA Magazine. Jane uses her media experience to produce effective corporate communications for a range of clients, and has held teaching positions at Ryerson University and Conestoga College. She studied at the Carleton University journalism program, holds a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a graduate of the Canadian Securities Course.

Jeff Rudow - Developer
Mr. Rudow joined the Inbox Marketer team in 2005, bringing 3 years of IT support experience. He is skilled in a variety of business and technological aspects. Jeff is a graduate of Conestoga College with diplomas in Marketing & Computer Programming.

Mark Anderson - Senior Designer
Mr. Anderson has been contributing his distinctive design style to Inbox Marketer since 2004. He brings 13 years of experience in web design, commercial graphics, and fine art to his work, combining form and function to help clients effectively convey their message. Mark studied Graphic Design & Advertising at Conestoga College and Web Development at the University of Waterloo, he is proficient in html, and has created more than 200 websites over his career.
