Opt-In
Inbox Marketer is a Digital Direct Messaging company that builds electronic communities to strengthen client engagement. We do this by facilitating the digital dialogue that takes place between our clients (Content Providers) and their customers. This includes using our network to deliver SMS text messages on behalf of our clients. In order for any consumer to receive an SMS message using an Inbox Marketer Short Code, they must first have expressly agreed to participate in the Short Code program.

Opt-Out
In order to stop receiving unwanted text messages, the recipient must simply reply STOP to the unwanted message, at which point another message will confirm the subscriber’s removal from the Short Code program.

Charges
Inbox Marketer sends messages on behalf of a Content Provider (our clients). Any charges originate from a Content Provider (an Inbox Marketer client). Should a recipient encounter an issue opting out by replying STOP, they should contact the Contact Provider on whose behalf we sent the message, for fastest service. Inbox Marketer is also available and willing to assist with any questions or concerns regarding contacting the correct Content Provider.

For all discussions related to charges on a bill, the Content Provider must be contacted directly.
