Richele Black joined Inbox Marketer in 2010, with oversight responsibility for corporate online initiatives, including the company's webstite, eCommunications and social media programs. Before joining Inbox Marketer, she was Online Marketing Manager at Johnson & Johnson, spearheading the digital marketing initiatives for the company's Living Well CRM program. She also managed development of the Living Well web site, which increased membership by 155% and achieved an unprecedented 90% consumer satisfaction rating. Richele holds a Master of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Western Ontario and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric & Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo.
