Now that the Canadian Federal election is over, we're one step closer to seeing the draft regulations for Bill C-28, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), posted for comment.
But the recent cabinet shuffles also mean this legislation may not be implemented until early 2012. (Still no word on official timing).
