An Update on Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation

For eMarketers, like you, who are anxiously awaiting the detailed regulations for Bill-C28, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, it looks like we’ll be waiting a little longer than originally expected.
The regulations were expected to be delivered in February 2011. However, additional delays have impacted this date. Visit our updated Bill C-28 page to learn about the new target timing.
An important side note – We recently obtained new approximate dates from Industry Canada. However, with the announcement of the upcoming Federal Election, there is a strong likelihood that these dates could change further.
