Also, we provide an Executive Service for companies growing rapidly who can not afford nor possibly want an executive full time but could use a sounding board or some guidance and assistance in major decisions and strategies. We provide that stop gap measure and alleviate some of those growing pains and show them how to have a more profitable business.

The approach we take is to guide and direct our clients. With this type of approach, it keeps their fees down, optimizes the benefit to them and they learn how to do it for themselves.
